Module 1. Organization of cargo transportation by rail (12 hours)

• Principles of freight forwarding services on railway transportation.
• Conclusion of a freight forwarding agreement; registration in the Automated contractual and commercial work management system “Contractual and commercial work”, obtaining a code.
• Procedure of mutual payments with the national railroad company; opening of Single personal accoun;, procedure of settlements and account replenishment.
• Technology of cargo and commercial operations on railway transportation.
• Drawing up a set of Agreement on International Railway Freight Traffic transportation documents.
• Peculiarities of transportation of dangerous goods.

Module 2. Skills in railroad tariff calculation (8 hours)

• Principles of forming tariffs for railway transportation of goods.
• Characteristics of rolling stock and containers.
• Standardized nomenclature of cargoes and nomenclature of cargoes of Tariff policy of CIS.
• Tariff schemes for the calculation of carriage charges for domestic and import-export transportation.
• International price lists of the International Transit Tariff and the Unified Customs Tariff; calculation of transit transportation.
• Exercises on the  calculation of rail transportation costs in Rail Tariff.

Module 3. Executive skills (4 hours)

• Determining the Company's tariff policy.
• Determination of the cost of services; conclusion of contracts with service providers.
• Formation of the Company's budget.
• Drawing up commercial proposals for clients.

• The procedure for state registration of a legal entity (opening an LLP).
• Types of contracts in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity. Preventive measures when concluding a contract.
